Turning Experience Into Guidance
I began my coaching journey working with 3-year-old boys and girls in recreational programs, learning firsthand the foundations of player development and the joy of the game at its purest level. Over the years, I grew through the ranks, eventually coaching elite youth players and progressing to the professional stage, working with athletes in both Major League Soccer (MLS) and the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL).
While the path has been rewarding, I’ve also experienced how difficult it can be to navigate the coaching industry. Too often, there are more questions than answers—about career progression, licensing, networking, and building long-term success in the game. That struggle inspired me to create THE COACHES HUB: a place designed to provide clarity, mentorship, and real guidance for coaches at every level, from grassroots to the professional ranks.

Starting college since the age of 16, Arjenn is considered an esteemed academic earning 5 academic degrees, including 3 law degrees before the age of 25. Arjenn earned his LLB Hons (bachelors of law) from Queen Mary, LLM (master of Laws) and M.J. (Master of Jurisprudence in IP law). He worked for one of the biggest law firms in the nation at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP as a junior patent prosecution paralegal and rose the ranks to become a law clerk for their trademark prosecution and entertainment law practice group as well. Arjenn has extensive knowledge in the field of corporate transactional law, contracts, sports law and holds sports agents badges from the USSF and English federation. an avid soccer nut, Arjenn played for the academy systems in washington state, he loves football as a passion and is well versed in the field and legal noice the soccer industry brings
